Powertech System Integrators (Pty) Ltd (“PTSI”) was acquired by the EOH group as a subsidiary of EOH Industrial Technologies (Pty) Ltd, effective 1 August 2017. EOH’s substantial footprint in South Africa, and expanding presence on the African continent and in other global markets, combined with its dedication to the development and growth of those markets, make us confident and optimistic about the prospects this venture holds for our business. EOH’s commitment to entrepreneurship and service, through technology and people, resonates with our own strategy and we see exciting growth prospects for our business and people.
We are part of the EOH group but remain directly accountable for our own business and reputation. This provides the opportunity to reposition our business and we have accordingly decided to return to the IST brand. As of 8 January 2018, our company name has changed from Powertech System Integrators (Pty) Ltd (PTSI) to Integrators of Systems Technology (Pty) Ltd (IST). We believe that the IST name carries significant credibility in our market and speaks to our objectives to integrate, solve, together.
